The couple shared several candid moments, with Sonakshi opting for minimal jewellery and natural makeup, her hair cascading down and a bindi completing her festive look. She captioned the post, “Happy happy happy Diwali! Har ghar mei roshni, har ghar mei khushi—this is our prayer for all of you.”

Sonakshi and Zaheer’s relationship

Sonakshi and Zaheer’s journey began at Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartments in Bandra, Mumbai. In 2013, Sonakshi first noticed Zaheer hanging out with Salman and his friends. Over the years, they often gathered for Salman’s birthday celebrations. However, it wasn’t love at first sight for Sonakshi.

Sonakshi Sinha shared in an interview with Bombay Times, “We finally met at Galaxy one evening while hanging out with friends, and that was our first interaction. The moment we truly connected was on June 23, 2017, during a Tubelight screening and afterparty. We ended up talking for five hours, and before we knew it, everyone else had drifted away. That day, we knew there was something special.”

Sonakshi also revealed her relationship mantra with Zaheer, emphasizing that their bond is built on authenticity. When discussing their wedding, she expressed the desire to enjoy their special day without becoming overwhelmed by the details of the ceremony.
